Compatible with the original VENICE viewfinder and the Sony DVF-EL200 and MVB-1, this cheese plate-style top plate provides multiple 1/4″-20, M4, and anti-twist 3/8″-16 accessory threads. It features a front 15mm LWS rod support and M4 threads for attaching separately available side brackets.

The bottom of this adapter is compatible with VCT-style tripod adapters, enabling quick and easy mounting on a head. The BSA-1 also features a contoured shoulder pad for more comfortable handheld operating. Extended rosettes are provided on both the right and left sides of the plate for attaching rosette-based handgrips or accessories.

Compatibility

• The BSA-1 broadcast shoulder adapter is compatible with VCT-style quick-lock plates like the ARRI QRP-1.
• Use it with the Plate for Sony VENICE 1/2 to convert your VENICE into a shoulder-mount camera.

VCT Mount
