A mechanical stabilizer for cine and broadcast applications, the ARTEMIS 2 with 1.8″ Standard Post from ARRI in this Basic Set has been reevaluated down to the smallest detail. ARRI SAM plates allow for fast workflows with different cameras, and a versatile new battery system provides intelligently regulated 12 and 24V high-capacity camera power. A more flexible and adaptable counterweight balancing is aided by 19mm rods and two interchangeable BMS-2 battery mounts for B-Mount, V-mount, and Gold mount.

New-Generation Modular Mechanical Stabilizer

ARTEMIS 2 is a mechanical stabilizer for broadcast and cine applications, offering new features and an easy upgrade path to TRINITY 2. ARRI SAM plates allow quick mounting of many different cameras, and a versatile battery system provides intelligent 12/24V power. The new sled with 19mm rods aids counterweight balancing, while two new post lengths expand creative applications.

Battery Agnostic

Now you can use almost any battery you have on hand to power your ARTEMIS rig: ARRI B-Mount, Gold mount, or V-mount with three battery inputs, each accepting both 12 and 24V batteries. Touches like rotating cable connectors and a self-leveling battery display make using the ARTEMIS easier and speed your setup.

Versatile Battery Mount

The versatile battery mount has interchangeable B-Mount, Gold mount, and V-mount plates that can easily be swapped.

19mm Rod Battery Support

The new 19mm rod battery support system features easy, clamp-on plates. The interchangeable rods enable you to select carbon fiber, aluminum, or steel rods that function as counterweights with a wider distribution pattern than that provided by a single, heavier battery.

Center Post Options

In addition to the standard center post, a longer version and a «Shorty» post are now available. The Shorty lends agility and speed to moves made when you’re flying a longer camera and/or a heavier lens.

12G Video Connectors

Two integrated 12G connectors are ready for video resolution updates, future-proofing your rig.

Improved Gimbal

The rigid gimbal device features precision manufacturing, low-friction bearings, a patented self-centering mechanism, and a tool-free gimbal clamp for quick positioning on the center post.
